Dr. Bruce Lindberg grew up in Bloomington since 6th grade. He was the first Student Council President of Olson Elementary School. Later he was a charter member of the Jefferson High School Swimming team. In his senior year, he was named a High School All-American as the 3rd leg of a relay team.
After attending Rockford College, he was accepted at the Northwestern Health Sciences University in 1976 embarking upon a rigorous course of study including four years of intensive education after college.
Dr. Lindberg earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1980. After practicing for one year in Rockford, IL, he moved back to Bloomington and opened his practice in Clover Center.
Throughout his career, Dr. Lindberg has sought to treat patients effectively and inexpensively. This commitment is expressed through his pursuit of continuing education to expand his knowledge and through his active involvement in professional associations.
He has achieved a variety of postgraduate degrees, including A.M.A. Disability Evaluation Certification, Chiropractic Sports Injuries, and Chiropractic Orthopedic Diplomate.
Out of more than 1600 chiropractors in Minnesota, in 1994 Dr. Lindberg became one of only 25 chiropractors who have been awarded a Diplomate from the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists.
To keep abreast of the advances in chiropractic, he continues his education by taking a variety of health care classes and seminars.
Throughout his career, Dr. Lindberg has always believed in giving back to the community. He has been active in many community organizations over the years and has held many Board positions. He is currently active with the Bloomington Optimist Club which helps put on many events for our kids including the All City Halloween, Spring Easter Hunt, and Law Officer of the Year.
Dr. Lindberg has always been a tireless advocate of preventive health care. He believes many health problems could be prevented, if detected early. To encourage his patients, he has developed a variety of affordable family health care programs to fit individual financial needs. Dr. Lindberg is the proud father of two adult daughters.
